Strategy:

For creatives, one of the biggest challenges in 2025 isn’t creating, it’s breaking in. For industry, discovering new talent across disciplines and locations is slow, costly, and based on outdated models that don’t reflect today’s creatives. This is the reason for building a curated platform where up and coming creatives are spotlighted, championed and connected.

Solution:

From idea to execution, we defined the go-to platform for scouting creative talent.
